The Lang's Promise is simple: we stand behind the materials we choose and the craftsmanship behind every piece we make.

If something fails because of the way it was made, we'll make it right. Whenever possible, we'll repair your piece. If a repair isn't practical, we'll work with you to determine the best solution.

 

LIFETIME CRAFTSMANSHIP GUARANTEE

 

From the original date of purchase, Lang's Leather Works stands behind the leather workmanship and construction, the hardware installed as part of the original piece, and defects resulting from the craftsmanship of the product.

 

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

 

For one year from the original date of purchase, we cover defects in fabric and linings, Velcro and elastic components, applicable stitching and seams, and covered components used in wallets and belts.

 

WHAT THE PROMISE DOESN'T COVER

 

Leather is a natural material, and no two hides—or finished pieces—will ever be exactly alike. Natural markings, color variation, patina, scratches, stretching, softening, and normal wear are not considered defects.

The Lang's Promise does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper care, accidents, unauthorized alterations or repairs, or conditions beyond what the product was designed to withstand.

Custom and personalized pieces remain covered for defects in materials and craftsmanship; however, changes of mind, fit, dimensions, colors, personalization, or other customer-approved specifications are not covered.
